EAT FIT is a Nutrition Coaching program tested and proven to help you reach your fitness goals and to improve your overall health and wellness. Through Individualized programming and one on one coaching, we give you the tools to dial in your nutrition and reach your goals- whether your goals are related to aesthetics, fat loss, improving performance or increasing muscle mass.
Our program includes regular body composition scans on the InBody 570, customized meal plans written by a Registered Dietician, and a PN Level 1 Certified Coach working directly with you.
