David is my newest client. He is 65 and for the past 2 years he has been very stagnant. He has only been going to his job and then home with nothing in between. When he was at home he would just watch tv or lay in bed. With an unhealthy diet this can do a lot of damage to the body. He’s over that slump and wants to get moving again along with getting back to a healthier lifestyle! In less than 3 weeks he has been able touch his toes, get up out of a chair using only his legs, squat, and pick things up off the ground. These are all things he has not been able to do in years!! I’m working hard with him and he’s giving me his all!
His favorite exercise I give him is farmer carries and his least favorite is anything on the assault bike ?
